If you have been following my journey in the affiliate marketing space, you know one thing about me: I don’t believe in luck. I believe in being in the right room, with the right people, at the right time.
And let me tell you, this December, the “right room” is in Bangkok.
I am talking about Affiliate World Asia 2025.
Every year, I get messages from marketers asking, “Aishwar bhai, how do I scale? How do I find private offers? How do I get better payouts?” My answer is always the same: Stop hiding behind your laptop and get out into the world.
I am personally packing my bags for Bangkok, and I am writing this because I want to see you there. Whether you are a beginner making your first $100 a day or a veteran hitting 7-figures, this event is the equalizer.
Here is everything you need to know about AWA 2025, why I am going, and why you need to book your flight right now.

ToggleWhy Bangkok? Why Now?

Let’s be real for a second. The digital marketing landscape changes every single week. What worked in January 2025 is probably dead by December. Facebook algorithms change, TikTok gets stricter, and AI is flipping the whole script.
Affiliate World Asia is where the industry resets. It is where we figure out the roadmap for 2026.
This isn’t just a seminar where you sit and listen to boring lectures. This is a battlefield of ideas. We are talking about:
- 7,000+ Attendees: These are performance marketers, e-commerce store owners, and traffic giants.
- 110+ Countries: A truly global village.
- 35+ Speakers: The people actually running the ads, not just selling courses.
The theme this year is “Connect. Innovate. Dominate.” and that resonates with me. If you aren’t connecting, you aren’t growing.
The Merger: Affiliate World + Ecom World
Let’s be real for a second. The line between affiliate marketing and e-commerce is blurring. The best affiliates run e-com offers, and the best e-com brand owners use affiliate strategies to scale.
The organizers realized this, and they have pulled off a masterstroke.
One pass gives you full access to:

- The Affiliate World Stage & Exhibition: For the CPA, Lead Gen, and Traffic arbitrage guys.
- The Ecom World Stage & Exhibition: For the DTC, dropshipping, and brand-building legends.
You are getting double the content, double the networking, and double the exhibitors. If you are serious about making money online, this value proposition is insane. It is the ultimate performance marketing experience.
The Venue: The Heart of the Action
The event is happening at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World.
Dates: December 3 & 4, 2025.
If you haven’t been to the Centara Grand, you are in for a treat. It is located on Level 22, right in the middle of Bangkok. It’s massive, it’s professional, and the air conditioning is cold (trust me, you’ll appreciate that in Bangkok).
It is the perfect backdrop for business. You walk out of a session with your mind blown by a new strategy, and you walk straight into the exhibition hall to meet the networks that can help you execute it.
The Speaker Lineup
Let me be honest with you. I have been to dozens of conferences where the speakers are just selling their mentorship programs. They talk for 45 minutes and say absolutely nothing.
Affiliate World Asia is different.
The organizers have a strict policy: No selling from the stage.
This means when someone walks up to that podium, they are there to open their laptop and show you exactly what is working in their campaigns right now. We are looking at 35+ speakers, and I want to highlight a few that I am personally excited to hear.
The “Trench” Warriors
These are the guys spending their own money on ads every single day. They aren’t reading from a textbook; they are battling the algorithms just like us.
Maor “The Wolf” Benaim:

If you are in this industry and you don’t know The Wolf, you have been sleeping. Maor is a legend. He doesn’t sugarcoat things. He breaks down complex media buying strategies that you can actually go home and implement.
When he speaks, the room is dead silent because nobody wants to miss a word.
Carl Weische (CEO, Accelerated):

This guy is a wizard when it comes to VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and High-Ticket sales. If you are trying to sell expensive products or want to understand consumer psychology, Carl’s session is mandatory.
He understands how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds better than anyone.
Alexander Lodeweyckx:

He is the Global Head of Performance, dealing with massive budgets. He is going to break down how to scale DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
If you are stuck at 5-figures a month and want to crack 6 or 7-figures, you need his blueprint on resource allocation.
The Platform Insiders
It is very rare to get a straight answer from the big platforms, but AWA brings them to us.
We will have representatives directly from Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Why does this matter? Because they are going to tell us what is coming next. They will talk about policy updates, new ad formats, and how to avoid getting your ad accounts banned. Hearing this directly from a Meta employee is worth the ticket price alone.
The Young Disruptors
The schedule also features young guns who are disrupting the market.
- Carmen Muley: She is the queen of TikTok organic and paid integration. She knows how to turn views into cash.
- Chris Erthel: He is talking about “Creative Intelligence.” In 2025, your creative (the image or video) is 80% of your success. Chris is going to show us how to make ads that people actually trust and want to click.
My Advice:
Check the schedule as soon as you land. Pick the 3 or 4 speakers that align with your business model (e.g., if you do Lead Gen, find the Lead Gen expert). Sit in the front row. Take notes. And most importantly, wait for them to get off stage and go talk to them.
They usually hang around for 10-15 minutes after their talk. That is your chance to ask a specific question about your campaign. That 2-minute conversation can change your life.
The Content: What Are We Actually Learning?
I’ve looked at the schedule, and the lineup for 2025 is serious. The organizers have moved past the basics. They know we want advanced tactics.
1. The AI Revolution
We can’t ignore it. AI is the biggest topic this year. There are sessions specifically on “Generating Personalized Ad Creatives with AI” and “AI-Powered Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).”
For us affiliates, this is huge. Imagine cutting your creative costs by 90% while increasing your testing volume by 10x. Speakers like Carl Weische (CEO of Accelerated) are going to be there. These guys are wizards at using tech to squeeze more ROI out of every dollar. If you want to know how to automate your copy and visuals, you need to be in the front row.
2. TikTok & Social Media Scaling
Facebook (Meta) is still king, but TikTok is the kingdom where the viral growth is happening. There are sessions dedicated to “Scaling TikTok Ads for Rapid Growth.”
I meet so many Indian marketers who are scared of TikTok or don’t know how to crack the creative code there. The speakers at AWA are the ones doing $50k+ days on TikTok. They are going to show us exactly how to build viral campaigns that convert.
3. Native & Google
Let’s not forget the classics. There are deep dives into Google Ads and Native advertising. I saw Tyler Stephens (Co-Founder of Visacap Media) on the list. When guys like this talk about video ads and VSLs (Video Sales Letters), you listen.
The Networking: Your Net Worth is Your Network
This is the main reason I go. The sessions are great, but the Marketplace is where the money is made.
Imagine a massive hall filled with 250+ exhibitors.
- Traffic Sources: TikTok, Meta, Google, Outbrain, Taboola.
- Affiliate Networks: The biggest names in the game.
- E-commerce Giants: Alibaba, Shopify, Amazon.
Here is my strategy for you:
Don’t just walk around aimlessly. Go there with a goal. Walk up to a network booth and say, “I have traffic. What is your top converting offer right now?”
Talk to the traffic source reps. Ask them, “What policy changes are coming? How do I get a dedicated rep?”
These face-to-face conversations can get you pay bumps that you would never get over email. I have negotiated deals on the floor of Affiliate World that paid for my entire trip 10 times over.
There are also “Meet the Speaker” lounges. This is a rare chance to have a one-on-one chat with the people you just saw on stage. Don’t be shy. Go ask them your specific questions.
Life After the Conference: Where to Unwind
Bangkok is intense. The conference is high-energy. After 8 hours of networking and learning, your brain is going to be fried. You need a place to relax, but you also want to keep the networking going in a cooler setting.
My Recommendation: Pastel Bangkok
If you see me after the event, there is a high chance you will find me at Pastel on Sukhumvit Soi 11.
Pastel is, hands down, one of the best spots in the city. It’s a rooftop bar and restaurant with a vibe that is just unmatched. The views of the Bangkok skyline are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is vibrant but classy.
Why Pastel?
- The Vibe: It’s perfect for a classy dinner with your new partners or just cocktails as the sun sets.
- The Crowd: During AWA, this place is usually packed with the “Who’s Who” of the industry. It’s like an unofficial after-party for the VIPs.
- The Experience: Good food, great music, and open-air breeziness.
Trust me, take your team or your potential business partners to Pastel. It closes the deal.
Where to Stay? My Picks
Bangkok traffic is legendary (and not in a good way). You want to stay close to the venue (Central World). Here are my top 3 picks depending on your budget and vibe.
1. The Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong (The Modern Vibe)
Distance: 5-minute walk.
This is for the modern marketer. It’s young, it’s hip, and it’s super close to the Chit Lom BTS. The lobby is a great place to work from, and the bar is always lively. If you are solo or with a young team, stay here. It has 504 rooms, so you’re bound to bump into other attendees in the elevator.
2. Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam (The Convenient Choice)
Distance: 6-minute walk.
This is right above the Platinum Mall. If you love shopping or just want convenience, this is it. It’s a solid 4-star hotel. It has great workspaces and a gym to keep your energy up. The “Square Restaurant” offers a great buffet. It’s a stress-free option.
3. The Grand Hyatt Erawan (The Luxury Option)
Distance: 10-minute walk.
If you have had a good year and want to celebrate, book the Hyatt. It’s in the Ratchaprasong district. It’s luxurious, the spa is amazing (perfect for post-conference recovery), and the rooms have killer views. The Grand Club Lounge is an excellent place for quiet, high-level business meetings.
Who Should Attend?
I get asked, “Aishwar, is this for me?”
Yes, if:
- You are an Affiliate: You need to see what offers are hot. You need to find new traffic sources.
- You are in E-commerce: You need to learn how to lower your CPA and scale your store.
- You own an Agency: You need to find new clients and partners.
- You are a Network Owner: You need to recruit the best affiliates (they will all be there).
Whether you are running dating offers, crypto, nutra, e-com, or lead gen—everyone is under one roof.
A Final Word from Me
Look, I know traveling is a hassle. I know tickets aren’t cheap (starts around $1,999). But you have to look at the ROI.
One tip from a speaker could save you $10,000 in wasted ad spend.
One handshake with a network owner could get you an exclusive offer that makes you $50,000 next month.
One dinner at Pastel with a super-affiliate could change your entire mindset.
The affiliate marketing world is small, but it is powerful. We are a community. Affiliate World Asia is our family reunion.
I will be walking the floor. I will be at the parties. I will be learning just like you.
Don’t sit at home and watch the Instagram stories of everyone else having fun and making deals. Come to Bangkok. Let’s connect. Let’s innovate. And most importantly, let’s dominate 2026 together.
See you in Bangkok👀!
